We want you to love your KLERE DERM routine. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns on Unopened Products

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for any unopened, unused product in its original packaging. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a full refund of the product price to your original payment method. For returns of unopened products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are returned at no cost to you.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you, and no need to send the item back.

Skin Reaction

Everyone's skin is different. We recommend a patch test before first use. If you experience irritation, stop using the product and contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll review your case and help make it right.

How to Start a Return

Email us at klerederm@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund.

Bundles

Bundles can be returned as a full set (unopened) within 30 days.
